SWEETENED organic iced matcha

  1. Take 1/2 tsp of organic Matcha and whisk with 6oz of hot water @ 176F (80c).
  2. Add 1 tsp of organic coconut sugar (Add more or less sugar if desired).
  3. Whisk for 10-15 seconds or until the Matcha and coconut sugar are mixed well.
  4. Add 3 oz of cool water to a 12 oz glass full of ice.
  5. Poor sweetened Matcha mixture into the glass.
  6. Mix together with a spoon or straw for best results.
  7. Please enjoy this slightly sweet, refreshing yet healthy beverage.

Pristine Green Fat Flush Water

For many years now, Vegetable water or "Fat Flush water" has been a very popular and easy way to help our bodies to get rid of unhealthy toxins we consume. Tai-an Tea Co. has created our own version with the added nutritional contents of Matcha.

  1. Cut 1/2 lemon, 1/2 orange, 1/2 cucumber into thin circular slices (Organic fruit is best).
  2. Put the thin sliced organic veggie/fruit into a 3 pint (48 oz) glass jar (Glass is best to protect flavor).
  3. Fill the jar with 2 pints (32oz) of cool water (Never use hot water, it will decrease the health benefits).
  4. Take 1 tsp of Organic Matcha and whisk with 3 oz of hot water @ 176F (80c).
  5. (Optional) If you desire a sweetened version please add organic coconut sugar in step 4 but use 6 oz of hot water. The sugar will create a slightly thicker consistency that needs more water.
  6. Top of the jar off with ice and add 2-3 mint leaves and stir everything together.
  7. (Optional) Please refrigerate for 1 hour to allow all the flavors to fuse together.
  8. Pour refrigerated mixture over a glass full of ice. Add a mint leaf garnish for an extra kick (optional).
  9. Please enjoy this very healthy and refreshing summer beverage.
  10. Please consume refrigerated Matcha beverage within 1 day or the veggie/fruit will become bitter because of the rinds. Remember Matcha is a live plant, it will start to break down after it's exposed air.

Here at Tai-an Tea Co. we truly love and respect Matcha as it is but sometimes change is needed. Not everyone loves the taste of green tea on its own. We have decided to create some simple and unique ways to incorporate Matcha into your daily lives. Matcha has so many health benefits that can profoundly impact your life for the better.

Tai-an Tea Co. believes that organic coconut sugar creates the best taste without overpowering the other components in the recipes. Plus coconut sugar is also easy on the insulin levels in the body. Although feel free to use any type of sugar or sweetener you personally desire. Just please be considerate if the taste is not as refreshing with a refined sugar or sweetener.

Our team will work very hard to create very simple recipes that anyone can make and hopefully enjoy. Please visit our website occasionally for new recipe postings!

Note:

Remember it's always recommended to SIFT Matcha for all recipes. Sifting Matcha breaks down clumps and allows Matcha to be evenly distributed. If you don't sift Matcha, it could affect the color, texture, and taste of recipes.
